WhatsApp Bot & Chatbot Development.
We set up WhatsApp Business API accounts, design bot flows that resolve the five questions your team answers fifty times a day, and wire the whole thing into your CRM. Not a toy chatbot that greets people and stops — a production WABA stack with approved message templates, human handover, and a dashboard your ops lead actually opens.
Six bot shapes that
actually earn their keep.
A WhatsApp bot is only useful if it finishes a job the prospect or customer came to do. These are the shapes we build most often — each scoped to one outcome, not a generic assistant.
Lead capture and qualification
Inbound from ads, website widgets, or missed calls — the bot asks three or four qualifying questions, logs the lead to your CRM, and hands it to the right owner with context. Replaces the form nobody filled in and the WhatsApp number nobody answered after 6pm.
FAQ bot with graceful handover
Answers the top 20 questions your team repeats daily — hours, pricing, address, returns, documents required. When it doesn't know, it says so and passes the chat to a human in your shared inbox, with the conversation history attached.
Appointment and service booking
Shows real availability from your calendar, collects the details you need, books the slot, and sends a WhatsApp reminder the day before. Works for clinics, salons, tutors, property viewings, service appointments — anywhere the booking is the conversion.
Catalog browse and order capture
Native WhatsApp Catalog + Cart for stores that sell on chat — often higher-AOV categories where buyers want to ask before they click buy. Orders drop into your existing fulfilment system; COD and prepaid both supported.
Post-purchase support and tracking
Order confirmations, shipping updates, tracking links, return flows, and a path to a human for anything the bot can't resolve. Deflects the 'where's my order' tickets that eat your support team's morning.
Drip campaigns and re-engagement
Template-based sequences for onboarding, renewals, abandoned carts, lapsed customers, or seasonal offers — scheduled through your CRM, compliant with WhatsApp's opt-in and marketing rules. Not spam; the kind of message your list actually wants.

How we work, start to finish.
- 01Discovery and use-case scoping
We sit with your support and sales teams, read through a week of real WhatsApp conversations, and identify the two or three flows that will absorb the most volume. Output: a written scope with flow diagrams, template drafts, and a BSP recommendation.
- 02WABA + BSP setup
We handle the Meta Business verification, WABA creation, BSP onboarding, and green-tick application where you qualify. You see a staging number inside the week, with a sandbox bot you can message.
- 03Flow build and template approval
Bot flows built against the scope, message templates submitted to Meta in parallel. You review both on staging. Templates typically take 24–72 hours for Meta approval; we handle rejections and resubmissions as part of the build.
- 04Go-live and handover
Production number live, CRM webhooks firing, support team trained, dashboard wired up. A support window after go-live covers adjustments and template tweaks based on what real conversations look like in week one.
Before you
ask us.
Put your WhatsApp number to work.
Tell us what your team is answering over and over. You'll get a shortlist of flows worth automating first, a BSP recommendation, and an honest read on green-tick eligibility.
